Nowadays, the Internet is the go-to spot for property seekers looking for different real estate developments. To make finding dream properties online more convenient and informative, Lamudi pioneered its WebiLaunch series, where developers talk about their upcoming real estate projects and highlight their developments’ features.
In this episode, Nonie Librella, a Business Development Manager at Lamudi Philippines, led the unveiling of the latest phase of Woodside in Tanza, Cavite by Endura Land Development Corporation (ELDC). Joining the virtual groundbreaking are Endura Land’s Raymond Abesamis, Head of Operations; Dante Dira, Head of Finance and Administration; and Amy Serrano, Sales Manager.
ELDC’s Goal as a Real Estate Development Company
As a real estate developer, Dira said that ELDC is comprised of like-minded individuals who believe that “Filipinos deserve inspiring and vibrant living communities that are affordably priced and will leave lasting impressions.” He noted that they accomplish this by coming up with design concepts and themes, and sticking to them while also practicing value engineering in their process.
Dira also mentioned that while most developers aim for quality and affordability, they try not to “cookie-cut” their designs. “Every project that we go into is always met with a fresh perspective so we can come up with the best possible look.”
He also noted that they spend a lot of time in this aspect as they want to provide the best homes while maintaining affordability for buyers. He highlighted that with Woodside, ELDC aims to bring the San Francisco, California ambiance to Filipinos while staying on budget.
Woodside: Your Idyllic San Francisco, California Home in Tanza, Cavite
Woodside is the current flagship project of Endura Land in Tanza, Cavite. It covers 12.4 hectares (124,000 square meters) and has three phases. Abesamis highlighted that the third phase of Woodside has bigger houses than the previous two phases. “What we wanted to create is an affordable housing project but more with the concept of a mid-cost housing subdivision,” Abesamis said.
Abesamis also noted that Woodside was designed for growing families from Cavite and Metro Manila. He mentioned that launching their third phase is the proper time to introduce Woodside’s amenity area, including the clubhouse, swimming pools, gardens, basketball courts, and children’s play areas.
With Tanza already being a bustling municipality, Abesamis said, “We wanted to create a community where people won’t have to go to Metro Manila to spend their weekends.”
Librella added that with Tanza’s growing cosmopolitan lifestyle and limited travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Woodside is a suitable residence for families who want to enjoy and relax without leaving the comforts of their homes.
As a testament to Woodside’s ideal lifestyle, Estrella Mosely, a resident for two years now, said her husband “fell madly in love with the place” when they first toured the subdivision. “[Woodside] is so quiet and clean. my husband didn’t think twice about paying the reservation fee.”
Moseley also mentioned that the best parts of living in Woodside are the cleanliness, peaceful environment, strategic location, heightened 24/7 security, and the office staff’s amiability.
New House Models for Potential Buyers
With Endura Land launching phase three of Woodside through its virtual groundbreaking ceremony, Serrano discussed what seekers should expect on Woodside’s latest developments. In phase three, they introduced their new townhouse models. Serrano said that phase three’s new house models, namely Ashton and Delano, have more spacious floor and lot areas and have upgraded finishes.
Because Woodside’s third phase means bigger homes, Serrano highlighted the introductory prices of their new house models and promos that may convince seekers to purchase a Woodside property. “Ashton is priced at Php 2.3 million while Delano is Php 2.7 million. Yung monthly payment nung Ashton is only Php 20,000 and for Delano, it’s Php 24,000.”
Serrano said that interested buyers may go for the monthly payment scheme to avail their new townhouse models. “Habang mura pa po, sana i-grab nila yung opportunity na makabili sila ng [bahay] sa phase three,” Serrano said.
To end the virtual groundbreaking, Librella thanked the Endura Land team for inviting Lamudi Philippines to witness the unveiling of Woodside’s latest developments.
